About this bottle
The Rye Project Volume One is a collaboration between California-based Wolves Whiskey and Kentucky's Willett Distillery. This blend of straight rye whiskeys begins with a low-rye content (51%) rye whiskey distilled in Indiana, aged 6 years in new American oak barrels. Then it's blended in Sonoma, California with 6 & 7 year-old high rye (74%) rye whiskey from Willett where it ages further. Bottled at 103 proof, Volume One Batch One is available November/December 2021.
