A balanced, Flavored Agave Spirit by NOM 1438. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave & vegetables, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a jalapeno life with a hint of banana, led to a mild pepper death of medium length with a touch of sea spray.
