Zuisen Hakuryu Awamori (瑞泉 白龍) is a balanced, Awamori by Zuisen Distillery in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan crafted with 100% aged indica (Thai) rice, Okinawa black koji & bottled at 25.9% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of rice, spices, tropical fruits & flowers; while a mellow life adds notes of molasses, overripe pineapple & Tillandsia Ionantha Rubra; that leads to a tropical death of medium length.
