A delicate, Agave Spirit by Casa Tequilera de Arandas NOM 1570 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave & red pepper; while a delicate life adds notes of citrus, mint, hint of butter & vanilla; wile minerality led to an earthy & watery death with hints of fruit, smoke & lime. April 2019 / May 2020 Definitely not delicate this time! November 2024
