Raw agave, earthy and unaged, Tequila Tromba in it purest form. In this Blanco Tequila you are able to taste the true flavors of the Agave. That are harvested from the highlands of Jalisco. There is nothing to hide behind, just great Tequila. Personally I like it "naked and nude" borrowed from Firehouse Lounge and Hostel in Austin, Texas. Or just straight up. You may even get a little grassy flavor in the front but, its smoothed away by the beautiful sugars. That shine bright after fermentation and distillation. Overall great Paloma or sipping Tequila!
About this bottle

Very smooth, light sweet taste. I'm not an aficianado, but this has turned me towards tequila. One surprise at the ABC store is that in the past month or so this has jumped from 32 to 40 per bottle. One the strength of the blanco, I've gone the flight, by buying both the Reposado and Anejo - will review when I open them.
Appearance: Crystal clear with lingering legs. Nose: Lightly cooked agave, pineapple, fresh cut grass, slight baking spice. Taste: Very crisp and agave-forward with notes of bell pepper as well as cracked black pepper. Brilliant on the rocks or in a margarita.
Fairly smooth but it only tastes like agave/pepper in the aftertaste. Up front it's oily/powdered sugar/chalky in taste with a light alcohol burn. Not as sweet as Casamigos but also not as good tasting. $50 in Ontario.
Sweet and peppery. With floral notes and nice spices. Definitely fantastic agave flavour. A beautiful expression of what highland tequila should be.
Clean, soft, fresh, easy to sip, easy to mix in a cocktail. Beautiful example of a great highland tequila. BOOM!
