A mild Agave Spirit by Casa Tequilera de Arandas NOM 1570 in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico crafted with pure organic blue agave aged in oak barrels for 11 months. It has a smoky birth with notes of baked agave, wood, earth, dried fruit, nuts, herbs & spices; while a floral & herbal life adds notes of citrus & coconut; that led to a complex death of medium length adds hints of oak, caramel, red pepper, chocolate, tobacco, minerals & smoke.

This tequila has an interesting caramel flavor. It is fairly sweet, so consider yourself forewarned. The problem is that there is nothing else in the flavor profile. The flavor is good, so it could work for mixing, but one drink straight would be too much.
