In ancient Mesoamerican belief, the number 400 symbolized the immeasurable. Don Tacho and his son, Joel Santiago, named this mezcal after the legend of the 400 rabbits—spirits said to possess those who partake. 400 Conejos Reposado is crafted from 100% Espadín agave grown in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, and rested for three months in American oak.

The smoke is very nice! Still a little rough around the edges. Would LOVE to try the Anejo someday.
