An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; that led to a slightly creamy & spicy death of medium length with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal. lots of vanilla in nose, bit some brulee crust burnt sugar. Taste is also a bit sweet with vanilla, metallic vegital agave, and nice burn that spreads across the mouth. Very pleasant overall. B+.
Clean with very little heat. Sweet with a lot of veg and just a bit of pepper on the finish.
Little bit if pepper up front and a sweet easy vegetable finish.
Makes a great margarita at Torchy’s
