Acre Texas Single Malt

As much as I wanted to really really like this. I live down the street and wanted to love a local distiller... This is undrinkable for me. Literally had two glasses that I choked down and poured out the rest of the bottle. this is sooo over Oaked its dominant note for me is white printer paper...Paper.....Literally tastes like paper. No sweetness, no complexity. just Paper....I hope I got a bad batch or something... I also hope your experience is better.

On the nose, oats, grass, a a little bit of that Natures Valley Oats and Honey bar. On the pallet very, very nice. Honey, grain. Surprisingly good.
