Alba, from Monte Belo do Sul, in Rio Grande do Sul, stands out for its unique approach of producing beverages using truly artisanal methods. Its portfolio, still small, has entered the market with high-quality grappas and sugarcane brandies. The labels are the work of an artist from Minas Gerais. Sugarcane spirit produced in southern Brazil from white sugarcane whose must underwent spontaneous fermentation for 14 days (yeast from sugarcane itself). It has an alcohol content of 54%, but it is not felt sensorially, as the alcohol is well integrated together with sugar and acidity. Aromatic and fresh, the drink brings floral, fruity and herbal notes, a touch tropical fruit.. Full-bodied and fresh at the same time and with a long aftertaste. No wood but it is complex and fresh spirit indeed.
