All Points West Cathouse Pink Pepper Gin starts as the brand's standard Cathouse Gin which is made in a small pot still. Traditional botanicals such as juniper and coriander are used along with eleven others such as rose hip and elberberry. Hibiscus and Pink Pepper are added afterwards to create this product.
