Amaro Amernoir

My first Quebec amaro. Mix of sweet orange citrus and menthol / alpine herb character. Definite warming quality - I am getting some definite cinnamon hearts type character. Faint licorice in the background. Respectable - but not among my favourites.

Sharp. Distinct menthol presence with a bit of ginger burn in the finish. Some orangepeel notes in the mid-palate. Decent, but not my favourite amaro by any stretch. A poor man's Amaro Sibona in some respects.
