Azuñia Blanco is distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico which are harvested 8 to 10 years after planting. The agave is roasted in clay hornos ovens for 36 hours before the juices are allowed to ferment in their own natural yeast. The tequila is distilled twice and bottled unaged. It's certified organic by the USDA. Additive free.

This tequila makes all other silver tequilas taste like tequila flavored vodka. It has a real natural flavor to it with a hint of smoke/wood note on the finish. Which is funny because it didn’t spend anytime in a barrel. If you like tequila this should be the lowest you go for it.
Clean, crisp, organic. Great for mixing or just throwing it back. Banana, vanilla, pepper, smooth! Best thing about this blanco… NO SHITTY HANGOVER!
Nose: vegetal, char, mint, grape, smoke, bubblegum. Slightly sweet, a little pepper, agave. Peppery finish.
Not a tequila guy, but when you need it, this is good stuff. Purchased on sale for a good value.
