A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM 1585 in Jalisco (Ciénega), Mexico crafted in stone / brick ovens, fermented in stainless steel & triple distilled in Stainless Pot with Copper Coil before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has a delicate birth with hints of agave, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a crisp & fruity life adds notes of apple, tangerine, fig, honey, mint & thyme; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of white pepper, allspice, marshmallow & dried cherry.
