You can taste the barrel but unlike whisky, this has a brightness from the juniper. I dont know what alchemy is used by Bar Hill, but the simplicity creates perfection.

Tom Cat Kingdom Strength is the first release in Barr Hill's Distillery Selection series. Like the rest of the core spirits in the brand's portfolio, this too is made raw honey harvested from bee hives across Vermont. Aged in American oak casks, this expression is bottled at barrel strength of 113 proof. Available only at the distillery as of January 2023. ($79.99)
