Nose - very strong coconut essence, spicy rum scents Taste - not very strong coconut flavor which is actually very pleasant, smooth taste Finish - very light alcohol taste, smooth, slight tingling left afterwards Score - 4.25, im not a fan of white rum, or this would score higher Scoring Legend 5.0 - Outstanding, unmatched to others 4.5 - Excellent, I will always try to keep a bottle in stock 4.0 - Very good, quite enjoyable to drink 3.5 - Good, would consider tasting again from time to time 3.0 - Average 2.5 - Acceptable, still drinkable. 2.0 - Inferior, able to drink but not enjoyable 1.5 and below—wouldn’t drink again unless I am desperate
About this bottle
When creating this line of product country music star Kenny Chesney worked closely with Mike Booth, Master Distiller at the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados to develop his line of products. This rum is clear with tiny bits of coconut suspended in the liquid.

Based on my experience with other mass produced flavored rums, I expected to hate this. I actually enjoyed it very much. Coconut, allspice and cinnamon. No synthetic sweetness here at all. The low proof leads me to give it a 3 instead of a 4. It's almost like a premixed cocktail at just over 50 proof.
Nose reminds me of carrot cake. Carrot cake flavor. Mild coconut finish.
