Tequila neophyte here, drinking neat and room temperature. The Reposado is a lovely light gold, like pale citrine. It has a really beautiful, alluringly subtle aroma of smoke, toasted oats, and maybe the slightest hint of citrus. On the palate, it's very different: much fruitier and tannic--like eating a bite of orange its rind together. It has a prominent and lingering acidic backbite (excuse the lack of professional terminology...). The enticing smokiness is present, though it takes a backseat to the acidic citrus flavors. As someone who primarily enjoys whiskey, it reminds me a little bit of Scotch, much moreso than bourbon. I certainly wouldn't turn it down if someone offered it to me, though I probably wouldn't select it over other liquors.

An intense, Agave Spirit by Campari Mexico, S.A. de C.V. [NOM1440] in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico crafted with an Autoclave aged for at least 2 months in American oak barrels.. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood, fruit, flowers, herbs & spices; while a harsh life adds notes of tropical fruits, vanilla & grass; that led to a floral death of medium length with notes of oak, pepper, cinnamon & solvent.

Neat Nose is fairly light, balanced, and pleasant. Agave, spicy oak, slight vanilla, earth, and herbs. Taste is roasted agave, oak vanilla and spice. Finish is sweet, oaky and green herbs with a little pepper bite Easy, balanced, nuanced. A little bit of everything, but nothing dominates. There's a lack of artificial flavors that I can appreciate. Great juice and value make this a must have on the shelf

The nose is a sweet agave-funk with ethanol. A hint of earthiness is present in the nose. The palate is sweet with 3 distinct components of floral notes, pepper, and earthiness. They combine together quite nicely, and they surprise me a bit every time I sip this tequila. This is decent Tequila Reposado, but I personally prefer Centenario Reposado.

Unbelievably smooth and delicious, mind blowing for the price. My new favorite tequila by far. Competes with more expensive ones too but for this price like I said absolutely mind blowing. The Blanco is great too but this reposado is bae. So smooth I don’t even have to chase and I always chase.

Just a touch of smoke with a smooth oily body! A little bit of cane sugar sweetness that comes through at room temp that turns into an almost honey sweetness when chilled. A bit of a bite on the finish not completely smoothed by the barrel! But a nice tequila!
