This Cachaça is aged for one year in Balsam wooden barrels. Ideal for drinking straight, as it is refreshing and leaves a fresh feeling on the palate. The barrels are new and have a medium toast with a capacity of up to 700 liters. The fermentation used is selected yeast, resulting in a light, smooth cachaça without high acidity. This product received the Gold Medal in the Brazilian Wood category at the 29th edition of Expocachaça, in Belo Horizonte/MG, in 2019.
