Brazilian Jequitibá (Cariniana estrellensis):  White Jequitibá gives flavor and aromas almost imperceptible and very slight color change.  Pink Jequitibá gives slightly yellow color, aromas and pleasant flavors with comparable complex bouquet with the American oak.
