Sweet rum, not much burn. Not too much flavor.
Cane and Abe rum is created by fermenting domestically-grown dark brown cane sugar. It is distilled in a copper pot-still at the Old Sugar Distillery in Madison, Wisconsin founded in 2010. The rum is then aged in new and used American oak barrels before being blended to proof and bottled.
