This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. The agave is cooked by autoclave and extracted via roller mill, then fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers. It is twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled at 80 proof.

A crisp, Agave Spirit with notes of cooked agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of citrus, celery, anise & thyme; that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of pepper, vanilla & sea spray.
The label has a lot of hype, but this is one of the worst 100% agave tequilas I have ever had. It basically tastes like vodka with a hint of agave. Terribly disappointed
