A crisp, Agave Spirit from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico slow roasted in earthen ovens; aged for at least 1 year in oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, earth, wood, fruit & spice; while a rich life adds hints of citrus, oak & vanilla; that led to a delicate death. February / March / May 2022
