Caralegre Tequila Blanco

A crisp, Agave Spirit from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico slow roasted in earthen ovens. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, earth, & fruit & spice; while a crisp life adds hints of citrus that led to a delicate death. February / March / May 2022

Nose of vegetal agave, smoke, mint, charcoal, bell pepper. On the palate it’s peppery, lightly sweet, agave, vanilla, charcoal. Ok but nothing special.
