Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus Liqueur is made using the brand's own Spanish brandy as its base. It is flavored with Seville oranges, lemons from Valencia, cardamom, and cloves. After maceration, the flavored brandy is then placed into sherry-seasoned butts to age. This Spanish liqueur is bottled at 40% ABV.
