About this bottle

Following an initial launch of tequila sodas, Casa Azul has released a trio of USDA certified organic tequilas — a blanco, a reposado, and an añejo. Each expression is made with 100% Blue Weber agave from a single estate and has no additives. This reposado bottling rested in American oak for three months before bottling. With this tequila launch also comes the announcement of Mexican-born actress Eiza González joining the brand as an investor. Available in select US markets beginning April 2023, this reposado tequila has an SRP of $89.

An elegant, Single Estate, Agave Spirit by the Montes Family in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico [NOM 1480] crafted with a stone oven & rested for 2-3 months in ex-Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of candied yams, toffee & maple; that led to balanced death of medium length with hints of pepper, cinnamon, toasted oak & earth. June 2023
