About this bottle

Blue Weber agave patiently allowed to mature 10-14 years are used to create this distillate. After harvest the agave are steam-roasted in stone ovens for 38 hours and then shredded and squeezed to extract the sweet aguamiel (aka honey water or sweet agave syrup). This is then allowed to ferment for 5 days before it is triple-distilled.

Casa Noble blanco is a tequila for agave purists. It delivers one of the truest expressions of agave with aromas of cooked agave, white pepper, citrus, and soil. The aromas are followed by flavors of cooked agave, pepper, maple, aloe, and pear. Casa Noble blanco provides a buttery mouthfeel and exalts the blue weber agave flavors and aromas.

vert hex 3.0

A solid blanco at its price point. The nose is vaguely floral with some odd undercurrent of mixed berries. Palate is sweet with a body of sweet grass and agave, finishing with an accurate note of almond butter (courtesy Distiller expert review). It’s a little rough around the edges but would make a suitable mixer.

ygghuurr 3.5

Light and crisp, there is light herbal agave notes, lime and lemon, small notes of roasted agave/vanilla, and an immense level of white pepper especially on the finish. The finish is medium length and a bit spicy but not acrid and sharp by any means.

OmegaDoom 4.5

Crystal clear body, dweet mild agave nose, sweet blue agave smooth body, light pleasant burn, clean & sweet, w/ earthy undertones, w/ a smooth sweet blue agave finish, w/ very light burn. Tasted neat in a tequila shot glass, no lime or salt.

AnttiRG 2.5

Casa Noble Crystal (1st Generation) An intense, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137 that has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, herbs & spices, while a complex life led to a long & bold death. December 2015 / May 2016 / April / September 2017

ItsSteve 4.3

Tasting neat. Honey, pepper, agave syrup, mint, citrus, bitter herbal (cilantro?), and a hint of cinnamon. There's a nice, interesting little ginger/black pepper bite, but still pretty smooth.. Overall sweet and spicy
