Purchased on sale on Cinco de Mayo because it was the cheapest 100% agave reposado. Neat, it is definitely on the thin and uninteresting side of things, though the cooked agave flavor is there with a bit of white pepper and vanilla. I did not buy it for neat drinking, though, and it made margaritas for a party of five beautifully. Would buy again when entertaining, though not for sipping by myself.

Much smokier than the profile lets on, which is not at all. Smoky, fruity on the nose. Not super smoky but the first note to hit. Full body, oily texture but smooth nonetheless. Full flavored leading with smoke, peppery notes and a nutty quality appearing late. Really coats the mouth and lingers in a warm and comforting way. Enjoyed neat in a Glencairn glass.
A rich, agave spirit by Nom 1103 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has a rich birth with notes of cooked pitted fruits & oak; while a complex life adding cooked agave, vegetal, herbs & spice notes; that led to a smooth & rich death adding hints of rye, mint, pepper, sweet vanilla, earth & smoke. Its not bad by any means, i just felt the flavors lf it were a little lacking. The vanilla, oak, and agave flavor was all fairly muted, which made it difficukt to use in cocktails. It is fairly smooth which is nice. Probably best for sipping, less for cocktails.
Very smooth, especially for its price point
