“Los Fresnos” is situated between 2068m and 2078m above sea level and is rich in iron oxide giving the soil a rich red appearance. The average piña age was about 7 years at harvest and as they were collected in late April when there was a bit of a drought it resulted in agaves with an above average sugar and mineral concentration.
