Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Just have to say that this is one beautiful bottle with a substantially heavy lid, color is very pale sunlit gold, has legs which dissipate; 👃: Heavy cane sugar sweetness presumably from using 2x as much agave as other distillers, drowning out the vegetal scent which is a good thing, vanilla whiffs abound, a little sea salt; 👅: SMOOTH!, a nice vanilla bite, very light and nimble, sugary notes throughout, airy; 🏁: A very slight carbonated mouthfeel at the outset and dissipates into nothing, refreshing taste almost doubles as a palate cleanser, beautiful finish, only knock against this tequila is that it lacks complex flavor.
About this bottle
Corzo's iconic bottle holds a triple-distilled and double-aged Highland agave distillate. The double-aging is done in both new American and French Oak casks for less than 4 months. After fermenting with a proprietary yeast and distilled, micro-bubbles of oxygen are introduced to give a characteristic mouthfeel and lightness.

Smooth with soft sweet roasted agave and gentle spice, very slightly oily. I see the appeal. It’s enjoyable and easy drinking but it leaves something to be desired, especially for the price. It comes across as similar to Avion and Milagro. $88 in Ontario.
Nose is predominantly sweet/syrupy. Very smooth to sip neat, with mild citrus and pear notes and a warm honeyed finish.
Smooth and precise. Goes down without harshness. subtle noted of something sweet on the back-end. drink up!!!
Decently smooth but lacking flavour. $80CAD
