About this bottle
This is the sixth season gin release from Castle & Key since the distillery's restoration. Beginning with this bottling of Harvest Gin going forward, the brand will offer a consistent recipe for both the Harvest offering which is their fall release and their Rise offering which is released in the spring. Harvest is made with the same mash bill recipe as the brand uses for its rye — 63% rye, 17% corn, and 20% malted barley. Then instead of going into a barrel, it's redistilled to make a vodka. The botanicals used here include juniper, coriander, angelica root, star anise, cedar leaf, sumac, fennel and bay leaf. Available as of September 2022. (SRP $39.99)
