Cathead Bristow Gin is produced using Cathead's vodka as a base. It uses 10 different botanicals including juniper, angelica root, cardamon, cassia bark, clove and coriander. The botanicals are macerated for two weeks, then the gin is redistilled. The gin is aged for three weeks in stainless steel prior to bottling. It is bottled at 47% ABV.

This is my first ever gin and I must say that I am quite impressed with the flavor going on in here. While only tasting it neat I'm sure it would make an excellent cocktail.
