This silver tequila from Cava de Oro is produced from 100% blue weber agave harvested at 7 to 10 years from the Los Altos (Highlands) and Tequila Valley regions of Jalisco. Distributed only within Mexico, this is bottled unaged at 38% ABV, fresh after double-distillation in traditional pot stills. The exported version, for those in the US and Canada, is labeled as "Gran Cava de Oro" and bottled at a slightly higher proof.
