Some vanilla and caramel on the nose, but after airing it's a bit earthier with a bit of pepper. The palate is initially butterscotch and custard, but then it gradually gets a little grassy, transitioning to a comparatively dry finish with black pepper and a touch of dark fruit. Approachable, feels like a dessert drink, but doesn't completely abandon the agave.

Not bad. Just not my jam. Tasted more like an anejo than reposado, IMO.
