Cedar Ridge is a grain-to-glass distillery in Swisher, Iowa just outside of Iowa City. Their Bottled-in-Bond Iowa Bourbon is made with a mash bill of 74% corn, 14% malted rye and 12% two-row malted barley. It's matured for at least 4 years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 100-proof.
