A tropical, Agave Spirit by Jack Morgan in collaboration with NOM 1489 triple distilled in copper plated column stills before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of lemon, pineapple, guava & pear; that led to a grassy death of medium length with notes of pepper, clove, mint, gardenia & vanilla.
