Clonakilty Catoctin Creek Cask Finish

Apricots, honey on the nose. Warm caramel explosion on the tongue immediately followed by spicy bite. Add a few drops of water and salty butterscotch tones are evident with a slightly fruity finish. Nothing extraordinary here, spice overwhelms some of the flavors.

Nose of honey and vanilla. Tastes of clove, cinnamon with a hint of citrus and pepper.
