Louisville-based Copper & Kings have created this American Dry Gin made from an apple brandy base. Distilled using copper pot stills, no neutral spirit is added. Traditional gin botanicals are steeped after the first distillation and then added to the still via vapor infusion for the second distillation. It is non chill-filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.

Fruit forward gin with a classic botanical finish. The juniper is not the star of the show on this one and I find myself really enjoying that aspect. The brandy base is noticeable but pairs nicely in the a classic G&T.
Delicious and clean. Made from pears although I’m not sure if I tasted them. A bit of flower and a nice amount of sweetness.
Love this gin great for cocktails.
