Nose- Astrjngent with notes of syrupy sweetness like molasses. Body- Molasses and wet cardboard continue. Finish- Wet paper really comes out here. Note- This is a one trick pony (get it?), but it isn’t horrible. It’s mostly pleasant to drink and although really simple and flat, it’s okay for a rye aged for a “minimum or six months.”

The bottle says aged six months and you can definitely tell. Very hot and still has a lot of the sense that you’re drinking moonshine instead of something that’s aged. The flavor of the rye is there but it is fastly overshadowed by the moonshine factor.

Aroma is leather first. Wood and sour apples. Flavor is more wood but less leather. High burn on the tongue. Flavors dissipate with a little vanilla and more wood.

Very average. There’s nothing special about this. I wouldn’t go out to buy this, but if that’s the only thing that’s available, I’d be willing to drink it.

Not a great smell, a little fruitiness. Light, sweet, slight burn. Actually not bad. Not a lot of depth, but some good notes.

It's a very low end Rye, not to my liking. Has a strong alcohol taste, but not much flavor or complexity other than that...
