Copper Spirit Distillery Harmony Dry Gin

This is the best gin I’ve ever tasted. And I can’t imagine a gin tasting better than this. It’s even too good for gin and tonics. Just sip and be amazed. Lots of aromatics. A feast for the nose as much as the mouth. Not too much just right. Juniper is definitely not the leader here. It’s more herbal and floral. The initial taste is warm and smooth and almost tea-like. But, also like really good candy, sweet but not too sweet. Just the right amount. Then, there’s the finish. Oh god, the finish. It’s amazing. It’s like a flower blooming before your eyes. So many flavors fill the palette. It’s a combination of flavors that is difficult to describe. It’s a work of art. So smooth all the way through. You barely taste alcohol. Only the most pleasant parts of the alcohol. If you ever find yourself on Bowen island, stop in and experience this. Then, buy the biggest bottle they have. Otherwise look them up online and get it shipped, if possible.
