Fall Release 2021 An intense, Agave Spirit by Corazon Distillery Nom 1103 in Jalisco, Mexico aged for 6 to 8 months in Weller Bourbon Barrel. It has an aromatic birth with wood, spice, nuts, flowers, fruit & vegetal notes; while a spicy life adds notes of agave, oak, cedar, almonds, cinnamon, pepper, hints of grain & caramel; that leads to a peppery death with notes of white pepper. 2018 Release A rich, agave distilled by Tequila San Matiás de Jalisco in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico, finished in an ex-Weller Special Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey cask. It has a rich birth with notes of agave, caramel, vanilla, fruit & spice; while a spicy life adds oak, nuts, pepper & hints of floral notes; that leads to a long & complex death.
