Coruba Original Rum

This may be one of the best deals in Caribbean rum available. As a direct competitor to Myer's, it is both cheaper and more indicative of older, funkier dark Jamaican rum styles. This rum brings a heavy pineapple note on the nose as well as molasses and baking spices. Coruba doesn't claim to be sophisticated or refined but that is exactly why it is such a fantastic mixing rum, especially in tiki cocktails. If you are rating this based on its sip ability you are missing the point.
