About this bottle
Released in late 2016, this is a 100% certified organic mezcal released by the 123 Spirits Company. David Ravindi, founder of 123 Spirits, collaborated with master mezcaleros to produce this single village mezcal bottling. It is traditionally produced using pit-ovens and tahonas to cook and crush the piñas respectively. The label, which is printed on recycled paper using soy-ink depicts the Aztec goddess, Mictecacihuatl [meek-teka-see-wahdl], guardian of the bones.
