There are floury/ powdery and creamy notes Finish: Sweet, summer berries, oak, boiled sweets This dram has a sweet berry note throughout that sours on the aftertaste. About this bottle
Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is made with a mash bill of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. Notable, all the corn is sourced from local farmers in Columbia, Tennessee. It is distilled and then filtered through maple charcoal before aging for 3 years in new American oak lightly toasted and charred barrels (char #3). The whiskey is bottled in small batches of 20 barrels of matured whiskey which are filtered prior to batching through maple charcoal.

Super sweet, very much like maple syrup. Reminded me of honey Jack D. Probs a bit sweet for me
Not too harsh, gives almost a 0 other quiver scale
Tastes good. No burn. A little too sweet though.
Rather medicinal on the nose and palate.
