Dark Cave

One of the more complex drinks I've had, keeps on developing. The distilate is moved to the background but still there, you wouldn't mistake this for anything else than tsipouro.

41 degrees of alcohol that one does not really feel as the sweeter elements of this tsipouro make it such an elegant proposition.
