This is an additive free, single estate-grown 100% blue Weber agave tequila made at Vivanco Distillery (NOM 1414). The agave is baked in a stone oven for 48 hours, roller milled, and fermented with wild yeast in an environment playing classical music. The brand is carbon neutral certified and as of August 2024, the brand has re-branded and re-packaged its tequila in aluminum bottles along with a 100% sustainable cork and a wooden cap. (SRP $40)

A Silver artisan Agave Spirit crafted by NOM 1414. It has a delicate birth with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a tropical life adds notes of coconut & mango; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of pepper. May 2017
