A delicate, Agave Spirit by Nom1438 from San Julian, Jalisco, Mexico made with 100% Blue Weber Agave; cooked fresh in stainless steel autoclave; the agave juice & fibers are fermented separately; double distilled & aged for 12 months in American White Oak Whisky Barrels; after which the color is filtered out. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramel & vanilla; that led to a quick & delicate death. December 2021
