Desert Door Conservation Series #3: Pollinator

Up front (similar to other releases from Desert Door), I find it Earthy and vegetal on the nose with some summer rain. Right behind that, the nose bursts with jammy fruits and honey-drizzled, overripe melon. It’s a dark honey that compliments the overripe fruit notes very well. (Little-to-no smoke on the nose or palate)

On the nose flowers, pisco, honeysuckle, grass, rubber and aloe. Tastes of flowers, sotol, vegetable, a little pepper. Eh
