La Higuera Sotol

Wheeleri 46.9% Sweet, farmy, smoked dasylirion nose. BBQ, sweet minerals, salted desert spoon. Viscous warmth in the finish. Excellent sotol.

Light smoke, pineapple, mint, not as grassy as other sotols I've had. Medium body, smooth, pretty enjoyable.

In-between a mezcal and tequila, light with some sweetness and smoke. Good for shots or inventive cocktails
