Oily and medium minerality , there is an agave adjacent herbal flavor, along with slight vanilla sweetness that later get another dose of minerality and black pepper. Decent sotol but i prefer the reposado
About this bottle
Sotol is not made from agave. It is produced from an agave-like flowering plant called a dasylirion wheeler or desert spoon. This unaged sotol is 100% wild harvested from Chihuahua, Mexico and is certified organic by the USDA.

I’m not great at picking out tasting notes in agave-based spirits. But this is quite nice. Like a lighter-on-the-palate mezcal from Oaxaca.
Rich but still light, not aggressive at all, instead is very delicate flavour, not similar to tequila but still with earthy notes
Finally a mezcal I like. It's my first non-tequila mezcal so I just prefer them instead the more popular-in-the-U.S. tequila.
Soft and light. Very sweet on the front quick on the back
Smooth but peppery finish
