About this bottle
This additive-free blanco tequila is made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave grown on a single estate in the Tequila Valley. The agaves are oven-steamed, then crushed with a tahona, a traditional volcanic stone wheel that slowly mills the cooked agave. The juice and fibers ferment together in wooden vats with wild yeast before double distillation in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40.5% ABV, this release donates all proceeds to community and education programs in Tequila, Mexico. Available in select U.S. markets beginning November 2025 (SRP $47.99).
